Cancellation of a transaction by a person with a disability, a senior citizen or a new immigrant (as defined by the law) will be possible within 4 months from the aforementioned date, provided that the communication included a conversation (including through electronic communication).

Cancellation of the deal:

In the cancellation notice, the customer must state his full name and ID number.

Upon cancellation of a purchase in accordance with this document, the price paid will be returned to the customer within 14 days from the date of receipt of the customer's cancellation notice and a copy of the charge cancellation notice will be given to him. The refund will be made by offsetting a cancellation fee at the rate of 5% of the purchase amount or NIS 100, whichever is lower.

The customer undertakes to check the product he ordered immediately after receiving it. In the event of a complaint/defect, the customer confirms that Granlix will forward his details and the details of his complaint to the manufacturer/supplier of the product.

Returning a product will be possible if it is not damaged by the customer.

A customer wishing to cancel a product purchase shall return the product to Granlix.

Refunds for products purchased in the sale will be made in accordance with the amount actually paid by the customer for that returned product. In the case of ancillary benefits, a refund will be given only upon return of all the products for which benefits were given due to the purchase of the returned product.

Credits cannot be made with direct cards. If you made a transaction with a direct card, the credit will be made through a coupon for purchase on the website.

Notwithstanding what is stated in this document, in the event of cancellation of a transaction due to a defect in the product, late delivery or non-fulfillment of any condition of the transaction - no cancellation fees will be charged to the customer. In addition, in the aforementioned case, the return of the product will be made at the place of its delivery (that is, in the case of a product delivered by courier to the home, the collection of the product from the customer's home will be done by Granlix at its expense).

Through a shipment coordinated by us: you can coordinate with us the collection of the product from an address of your choice. The courier will collect the products and return them to us within 7 business days from the moment of collection. The shipping cost is NIS 40, regardless of cancellation fees or any additional cost involved in canceling the transaction.
